LOL Surprise bouncy castle and mascot was brilliant!! And the girl who face paints is really good 😁 all arrived on time which was great!

Kids castles is absolutely AMAZING we had buzz lighter & pepper pig for my little girls birthday to our home. from start to finish the whole experience was just perfect the staff was so friendly and so good with the kids. I even had to swap days with very short notice due to the weather and they was so helpful and friendly did everything to please and they definitely did. Highly recommend will definitely use these again wouldn’t go anywhere else. So professional.

I have used this company a couple of times now for my daughters party’s and they’re great! Very professional, all the kids loved it from the face painting to the mascots, to a previous poster who complained about the young lad who dresses up as the mascots, we had him as spider man and the kids thought he was amazing, the kids did get over excited with him and they had to be told to calm down a few times but the lad took it well and was really good with them all, he does a really good job of entertaining the kids. We will be using this company again this weekend and many more times in the future.

Very pleased with service provided good value for money Maskot was great played with kids done some part danceys in general the best service I’ve had will deffo be booking next year and thank you kids castles again for the great service provided will be reccomending to family and friend 👍

We had a twins 1st birthday party and we booked kids-castles for the Mickey and Minnie mascots. The kids absolutely loved them as much as the adults did. We were running behind on schedule and they were so patient and happy to wait for us which made it so much easier for us. We really appreciate it! Great enetertainers and we will be booking again very soon! Once again thank you for making our babies birthday special!

Had the minion mascot for my little boys birthday party today. Oh my god, he was brill! He had everyone in stitches laughing. Children and the Adults loved him. He was worth every penny. Thank you kids castles. We will definitely be booking again next year :-)

I hired kids castles yesterday for my Sons 5th birthday party. The service which they provided was AMAZING! Leading up to the party the owner was really easy to get in touch with. On the day of the party the castle was delivered nice and early. I called at half one to ask for the castle to be returned by 3 as the party finished at 2 and they came nice and early at half 2 i was really happy The staff attended early and they were ready and waiting to start when my sons friends got there. The characters interacted with all of the kids well. snow white stood for photos with everyone and spiderman ran around and played on the castle the kids loved them.They also helped with the cake and gave sweets out to the children for me. The children loved their balloons and face painting (the girls were so chatty and friendly they were really nice) The delivery drivers were also friendly and they interacted with my son and family friends well whilst we were setting up When the bouncy castle arrived it was in very good condition and was very clean. The guys who delivered it also gave it another clean before leaving ( i was really impressed). Over all our experience was amazing and we were so thankful . I used another company for the candy floss and i was upset that their service was poor (they attended 20 minutes late!) My only regret was not using kids castles for the candy floss aswell because if i did everything would have ran smoothly Once again, thank you again (it was a busy party and I've recommended you to everyone)

wow I just do not know how to rate this company enough they are absolutely amazing from the moment I spoke on the phone with them they went above and beyond my expectations thank you so so much the hotdogs were perfect sweetcart wow just wow loved it and the entertainment face painting balloon making and a visit from peppa outstanding thank you every member of your team are so lovely
